Description:
The three holiday houses of La Rusticuccia are located close to the old owner's villa, where once lived the peasants and that dare back to the half of the ' 700, as well as in an other part of the real estate that it was equipped to keep the cattle, to store the tools and the grain, and for the wine production.
La Rusticuccia belongs to the same family owner since over 3 generations and it has been modified in the time, in order to satisfy the changed agricultural requirements.
During the last years a radical transformation has allowed to create a very charming atmosphere, maintaining intact the typical rural structure, in order to offer a pleasant stay to the hosts who love to spend their vacation in the quietnes of the Lucca countryside, also close to other Tuscan cities rich of history, culture and architectonic attractions.
THE HOUSES
- the Rusticuccia for 6 persons
is the house on two floors composed of: the drawing-room, a kitchen-dining-room with fireplace, three sleeping rooms, two bathrooms and a small beautiful garden.
- the Fienile for 4 persons
has been restructured maintaining the arches that characterizes it and it is made up of: a living-dining-room, a kitchenette, a sleeping room with a tester bedroom, a dressing room with a single bed and a bathroom.
Ideal to satisfy the requirements of a family of 2/4 persons, it has a large external portico.
- the Stalla for 3 persons
has been transformed in an pleasant studio for 2 persons and it can at the occurrence also accommodate a child bed.
It has also the annexed pergola and a separate kitchen available.
La Rusticuccia boasts a commonal parking area available for resident guests and a beautiful swimming pool working from middle May until September.
Corte della Rusticuccia is also an ideal place to spend a pleasant vacation with friends, in any season.
For the sport lovers and passionate of relax, it is moreover possible to make pleasant horse ride in the San Rossore estate or long walks in the forest around the Courtyard or in the charming frame of the Apua Alps, to practice golf in one of the 5 Clubs available in a range of 50 Km or to relax on the beautiful sandy beaches of Versilia Riviera, easy to be reached in about 20 minutes drive.

It is suggested to exit gate of Lucca EST on Motorway A11 Firenze-Mare, also linked wuth the A12 junction Viareggio-Lucca.
Follow road signs towards Pisa and proceed along state road SS 12 so that after about 5 km you will see the village sign of San Lorenzo a Vaccoli.
Drive direction Restaurant “La Cecca” and turn left in the via di Ponte Guasperini, drive past the small bridge and keep right to enter via del Borgo. The first country house on your right is La Rusticuccia
