The space at guest's disposal can also be used for walking, sun-bathing, reading, etc.
The house has entierely 'cotto' floors and it is set on 2 different levels:
- on the ground floor: a large entrance with the staircase, a well equipped kitchen (avon, fridge, dishwasher and a stoned fireplace), a bright dining/living room with country style table and cupboard, sofa and armchairs, a storage room and a litlle shower/wc room.
- on the 1.st floor, 2 large bedded rooms and a romm with 2 single beds, a large batroom with tab/wc and a little balcony with a panoramic view.
The home forniture is cozy and accurated to satisfy a pleasant and enjoyable holiday.
It can suit a family of 6 and eventaually 7 adding an extra bed.
A Food shop is in the premises and the nearest Restaurant is at about 1 km.
For its position it is an ideal place to take beautiful walks around, do trekking activities or touring the Tuscan Region.
During clear days it is possible to enjoy a breattaking view from over the walled city of Lucca till the Thyrrenian Coast.

Exit motorway A11 Florence-Pisa Nord/Viareggio at Capannori.
* If you come from Florence drive straight on followind signs to Pescia and Collodi to reach Via Pesciatina: turn right at the first light (about 3 Km) towards Pescia and left after another 3 km towards Marlia.
* If you come from the coast (Pisa or Viareggio), turn right over the motorway's bridge and follow the above informations.
- By train:
Railway Station in Lucca, 10 km. away.
