Located in a typical country yard, only 2 miles east of Lucca with 3 different houses available to rent directly:
- Casa FIORA to sleep max.6/7 pers.
is the main house (130 sq. mt. on 3 floors) with 3 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms (a shower and a bath tub/shower with double basin) a living room with a fireplace and a wide kitchen-dining-room.
- Casa PAOLO to sleep max. 5 pers.
is the other house (85 sq. mt.on 2 floors) next to Fiora with 2 sleeping rooms (1 double and 1 twin + sofa) and 1 full shower on the first floor and a large kitchen-dining-living-room, to suit a family of 4 or 5 adults.
- Casa RUSTICO to sleep 3 to 5 pers.
is the cottage by the garden (65 s.m.on 2 floors) with a large mansarda room on the upper floor and a couch with twin beds in the living-room, 1 full shower and 1 large kitchen-dining room on the ground floor, is ideal for a family with 2 or 3 children.
FACILITIES AVAILABLE:
- Private parking in front of each house
- New secluded SWIMMING POOL on the ground of 7,30 x 4,60 x 1,20 mt. with common equipment from end May till early October.
- Possibility of arranging for private BEACH Facilities:
complimentary (from 15th to 30th May and 18th to 30th September 2004 2 days a week for each house) or with extra charge at special conventioned daily rates, in the remain periods (in a relaxing Beach Club at Lido di Camiore on the Versilia Riviera, only 20 min. motorway drive).
- Pizza service is delivered directly at the house, on request.
- Washing machine with iron and board and a little barbecue (common litlle room by the garden).
- Each house has outside furniture to dine or relax by the yard, in the shadow of wides sun stretched canvases.
OUR SUGGESTIONS OF THINGS TO SEE:
Ideal place to visit Tuscany (Pisa, Montecatini and the coast are only 20 min. drive away - Florence, Volterra, Massa just half an hour away - Siena, San Gimigniano and the Cinque Terre in the Lygurian coast, at only 1 hour drive.
Very close to Collodi (Pinocchio Land) Montecarlo and the Colline Lucchesi (the wine and the olive oil) and the magnificient old Castels (Villa Mansi - Torrigiani - Reale).
The owners speak fluent english and are at your disposal for any other detail or information that you may need.

- By car:
Exit motorway A11 (Florence-Pisa Nord/Viareggio) at Capannori and drive direction Lucca.
* If you arrive from Florence, drive straight on and just after 200 mt turn left at the first crossing by the bar. Proceeding along the Via di Tiglio you will soon find the sign of Pieve San Paolo, drive further till you find the number 112 on your left and a litlle further to enter the passage to the yard.
* If you arrive from the coast, turn right over the motorway's bridge and follow the above informations.
- By train:
Railway Station in Lucca at 3,5 km.
- By plane:
- Pisa Int.al "G.Galilei" Airport, at 25 km. and "A. Vespucci" in Florence at 60 km.
