Description:
The hotel stands 100 meters above level and has a splendid panorama, which goes to the Island of Giannutri and Giglio.
The large property consists in 50 villas connecting with stairways and flowerbeds.
50 double rooms have been builded in the small villas, which are now Hotelrooms.
A lot of them have balcony and seaview,
and all rooms are provided with Minibar, TV-satellite, air conditioning, heating and telephone.
Our barman attends you offering international cocktails.
Our Hotel is surrounded of a scenic garden, which we take in care with a lot of attention and love... from where you have a wonderfull panorama on the Giannutri and Giglio islands.
Our meetingroom (65 mq) is provided of air conditioning, basic equipment and seats up to 60 people.
Swimming pool overlooking the sea and all
around the swimming poolsunbeds are available.
The private pebble and rocky beach is situated about 800 meters from the Hotel.
It is reachable by car and it is provided of
sunshade and sunbeds.
The Island of Giannutri and Giglio for your excursions or alternative to the sea,
the nearby Etruscan archeological cities which are easily reached by car.

How to reach the hotel:
By car:
- From Rome, Highway A12 to Civitavecchia, take the SS1 (Aurelia) to Orbetello, from Orbetello direction Porto Santo Stefano.
- From Florence, take the Highway to Siena, follow to Grosseto, take the Aurelia (SS1) direction Rome, Exit Porto Santo Stefano.
From the North, drive on the Motorway Aurelia to Grosseto and Rome and exit at Porto S. Stefano.
From Porto Santo Stefano take the Panoramica and after ca. 8 km follow the sign.
By Train:
Railstation at Orbetello Scalo, about 21 km
By Plane:
Int:al Airport of Rome and Pisa.
