Description:
Just a stroll away from the famous Piazza dei Miracoli and San Rossore Nature Park, the ‘residence’ is immersed in tranquility and the greenery of the Mediterranean vegetation.
The houses, each an autonomous villa, spacious, full of light and provided with every comfort, are arranged around a courtyard with a large and luxuriant garden.
The circle is completed by a splendid swimming pool at the guests disposal and a large multipurpose building, containing the reception, a buffet bar, a multipurpose room for conferences and congresses, a few small meeting rooms with a secretary’s office, an area dedicated to wellbeing with sauna, Turkish bath, aromatic showers, massage rooms and, on the first floor, a spacious room for ceremonies and banquets, that looks onto a large panoramic terrace.
All rooms are air-conditioned and the complex is also provided with ample parking.

local area:
An oasis of peace and wellbeing, situated in a strategic position, Residence San Rossore offers its guests the rare possibility of living in an area of great naturalistic value at a few hundred meters from the centre of Pisa and the main directrixes of the Tyrrhenian coast.
Guests can visit, by foot, bicycle or horse, the San Rossore Park, with its extraordinary beauty of flora and fauna, enjoy the beauty and atmosphere of the Arno river and its outlet, celebrated by the poet Gabriele D’Annunzio, or in just a few minutes arrive in Piazza dei Miracoli to visit the leaning Tower, the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the monumental Camposanto, the museum of Sinopia and that of the Cathedral.
Furthermore just a few kilometers away one reaches the sea ( marina of Pisa and Tirrenia) or the Versiliese coast, Torre del Lago, Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Forte dei Marmi.

How to reach us:
- by car:
it is easy to get to the Residence San Rossore from A12 motorway exiting gate in Pisa Nord or Pisa Centr, from the A11 motorway exit Pisa Nord or if you come along the superstrada Firenze-Pisa-Livorno, take the Via Aurelia.
We are located along the state road SS nr. 1 - Via Aurelia.

- by plane:
Pise Int.al Airport “Galileo Galilei” at about 2 Km.
